Century Books was established with the prime purpose of promoting books written by Australian authors. The books we select must be of interest and educational value. In the mainstream publishing business, it is a reality that most book retailers and publishers look to their profit margins and concentrate on the established writers and are reluctant to give talented developing writers a chance to present their work to the public. We take this as our mission to help upcoming authors give them the opportunity they much deserve.

While local publishers tend to look toward profitability and give prime position and time to well known writers, we at Century Books are giving an opportunity to those who need a helping hand in developing their skills and getting established. We give these writers the opportunity to exhibit their books and the public the opportunity of learning about the authors and reading their works.
